SIGN UP TUTORIAL

STEP ONE:

Click on "BUY NOW"

STEP TWO:

Choose the show you are interested in for more information

STEP THREE:

Choose get your tickets now

STEP FOUR:

Enter your name and address info

STEP FIVE:

Enter your email address and desired password

STEP SIX:

Enter your payment details

STEP SEVEN:

Click on “I have read and agreed upon the Terms of Service” then click on “Register and Pay”

STEP EIGHT:

That’s it! You’re in! Now click on “Access the concert series now”

STEP NINE:

Scroll down to view the available concerts

STEP TEN:

Scroll to find your desired concert then click "WATCH NOW>"

STEP ELEVEN:

Press the PLAY button to begin!

STEP ONE:

Click on "LOGIN" on the top right corner next to the sign up button

STEP TWO:

Enter your email and password you used during sign up

STEP THREE:

Scroll down to view the available concerts

STEP FOUR:

Scroll to find your desired concert then click "WATCH NOW>"

STEP FIVE:

Press the PLAY button to begin!

RESET YOUR PASSWORD

STEP ONE:

Click on "FORGOT PASSWORD?" found under the log in button

STEP TWO:

Enter the email address you used to sign up

STEP THREE:

Click "REQUEST PASSWORD RESET"

STEP FIVE:

Open your email and click the confirmation link that was sent to you

Click on "SIGN UP"

STEP TWO:

Enter your name and address info, as well as email address and desired password

Click on “Have a coupon?”

STEP FOUR:

Enter your coupon code, then click elsewhere on the page, to refresh the system and it should then zero out any charges, as well as remove the credit card details fields.
